Unite and Inspire Africa is a developing initiative founded by Amb. Sulaiman Fariz Jalloh to promote peace, strengthen youth leadership, and encourage positive community action. Our initial focus is Sierra Leone, with a long-term vision of connecting people and communities across Africa.

These programs are planned and will be developed in stages, guided by community needs and available resources.
We plan to offer peace education sessions and public messages on peaceful disagreement, respectful communication, and checking information before sharing – encouraging peaceful ways to resolve disagreements before they lead to violence.
We plan to connect young people with mentors and practical learning opportunities in leadership, teamwork, and community service, and to encourage youth participation in community decisions.
We plan to bring youth, faith leaders, and community representatives together to listen, build trust, and address local concerns – followed by listening sessions that record recommendations and review commitments.
